Rates For The 2008 Season

Off-Season Rates:      January 1st to May 15th and
                                     September 5 to December 31st 

Prime-Season Rates:      May 16th to September 4th

Daily rates are Monday thru Thursday

Weekend rates are Friday thru Sunday

Weekend rentals must include a minimum of a two night stay. 
(Fri & Sat, or Sat & Sun). 
Stay all three nights and get a discounted rate.

Holiday rentals will be at the weekend rental rates and must include a minimum of a two night stay. 
(Night before holiday & night of, or night or holiday & night after)

Pets are only allowed in cabin #1 at an additional $10 a night or $60 weekly fee.

Check In And Check Out Times

Check in time is 3pm to 5pm

Check out time is 11am

Early arrival & late departure fee is $20

Guests MUST register at the office before entering cabins.

If Guest is unable to make 5pm check in time, please make arrangements with Office management before 5pm.

Reservations

Reservation applications are accepted by telephone, fax, mail, or in person and only accepted for the current year. (Coming soon, on the web-site!)  All applications are handled on a first come first serve basis.

reservations require payment by credit card, cash or check.  All reservations must include the total cabin rental fee, $10 non-refundable reservation deposit, and a $50 cleaning deposit for daily rentals, $100 for weekly rentals.

At the discretion of the Office, the cleaning deposit will be refunded if the cabin is left in good condition and a list of a few clean up details are done.  If the Office has to hire a cleaning company to come clean cabin after use, the deposit is forfeited.

Cabin renters shall be responsible for full payment of any damages incurred during length of stay.

Refunds And Cancellations

The cabin reservation fee cannot be refunded, however, if you notify the office at least two weeks prior to your reservation date, we will gladly mail you a refund on the remaining rate and deposit.
